Refund policy

We want you to love your SevynDae purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Refunds are not available due to the nature and limited collection drops .

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are not available due to the exclusive and small-batch availability of our products.

To begin a return, please contact us at support@sevyndae.com before sending your item back. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

After your return is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed and sent via email.

Please note that sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
